Doesn't do anything – HC Toll Road Authority Review

Doesn't do ANYTHING it says it would do online. And I couldn't set up an account online either because the tech people provided for state entry, but not for the license # from that state. Don't try calling either -- 20-30 minute wait. Houston should be embarrassed by this crappy product. I'm just trying to pay for a lousy toll after I got routed onto a tollway by accident
