VERY clunky + hassle to use – Office 365 Message Encryption Viewer Review

You can only review the one individual message. So if you are having a conversation, you can't scroll through the various emails. Extremely annoying in particular while trying to forward attachments. Ended up needing to find the exact email with the encryption notification to find the particular one with an attachment then had to "reply" and edit the information to send to a different email to "unencrypt" it. All just to be able to refer to it myself and share with the other relevant parties. You also can't copy any part of the email so couldn't contact information from a signature. And literally had to switch between two apps to copy detailed information little by little. Tedious, hassle to use, restrictive. HATE THAT I'M FOECED TO US THIS APP AND SYSTEM!!! Desktop doesn't work in any capacity so I'm stuck w this. Would be SO much easier if they was some kind of "back" button that allowed you to access an inbox or dashboard with all encrypted messages you've received so you can click between them.
