Password not secure – Manager for Instagram Review

After installing this app, I'm following people I don't know and have followers I know nothing about -- also, legitimate engaged followers were removed (about 20 of them). Additionally (and most troubling) I'm getting regular requests to authenticate my email account on another device (same account used for this service). Pretty disturbing and I don't know how to revoke access.
