Connection failed – RE App Review

I normally don't leave any comments on apps but this time I have to! It worked so fine before the new iOS but now it keeps saying that "not connect with wifi" I had no problems at all before but all in a sudden my Re just not be able to connect to the apps... please fix! I even uninstalled it and afraid now that I lose all the pics in it! It's been a whole month (left the same comment a month earlier) and it's still not connecting to phone wifi!!! Please fix!! I still have tons of pic in there and couldn't download it!!! ?☹️?
