Problem – Bubble Shell Review

I love this game don't get me wrong I just put 1 start because I just downloaded it on my phone but it will not let me play. Once I tap on the app icon it opens but when it get to the menu it just exits the app automatically. I've deleted and reinstalled the game twice and even turned my phone off and on and the game still does. It work.
