Horrible customer service – Kung fu house Review

Horrible service. Bought some in-gam currencies and I never received it. So I went to the app site and submitted a question concerning my transaction. It's been almost a week now and so far my currency is no where to be found and my submitted question hasn't been answered yet. Checked my email and everything and nothing. I'm probably gonna report this to Apple if I don't see my purchase soon.
