I am experiencing the Worst service after 1 month of great connection – Ringo: Low cost calls Review

1 month of using this app... I was a happy user, 3 months down the road, 95% of my calls don't go through to Uganda. The ones that go through are of very poor quality. Infact 2 minutes into the call, the conversation refreshes its self, you start to hear an echo of the words you said like 1 minute ago,... it's very frustrating. Also when I added $10 credit, I have only used like $3 in actual poor quality calls, the rest $7 has bees deducted continuously after hearing a beeping sound and no call connected. They are literally ripping it off my account without connecting my calls. I contacted customer service via email, they said the issue was rectified and that I would not experience it again... they lied, nothing has changed and they have not refunded my credit, it's a month+ now., I wouldn't recommend this frustrating service plus I need my credit back.
