Quality of sleep way off – Sleep Care - Monitor, Track & Analysis Sleep Cycle Review

Let me first say that I love the sounds this app has. I'm able to fall asleep much easier but their quality of sleep indicator is way off. I was dead to the world last night, my Fitbit showed me as restless for only 3 minutes but this app says my quality of sleep was poor. It is so wrong. I'll continue using it only for the sounds. Plus their alarm is so goofy. I can not figure out how to use it so I have to set it way into the future and use another for my alarm.
