Only keeps track of days done – Women's Plank 30 Day Challenge FREE Review

The app gives a description of how to do a plank. The first day you do a test to see how long you can hold it. Then each day is increased by 5 seconds. I'm a beginner in every sense of the word. Day 1, I did 15 seconds. So day 2 I was told to do 20. The only problem I was still at 15. I still didn't have the muscle to do 20. But it wouldn't let me enter a time less than 20 seconds. Day 3, I was supposed to do 25, but I was still working on getting to 20 and the app wouldn't let me do anything number less than 25. I found this very frustrating. There is also no built in timer. It wasn't a big deal to use the timer on my phone, but it would have been more convenient. There's plenty of 30 day apps, I'll be deleting this one and looking at another one.
