No support, resets daily – WakeApp - Scientific Alarm Clock & Sleep Recorder - Free Edition Review

I was using the free version for some time and enjoyed it so I decided to purchase it so I could get more detail and a longer history for my doctor. Every day my app resets as if I have not purchased it. I have to hit restore and adjust how many files/recordings I want it to save throughout night. I emailed support over a week ago with no response. I see it was last updated in 2014 so my guess is they're just trying to make money and don't care about the quality anymore. I want a refund.
