Total rip off with no accountability – Skurt Review

I was floored how absolutely juvenile and unhelpful this company handles themselves. Not only did they take over a THOUSAND DOLLARS out of my bank acct over a $280 rental but the support staff and drivers alike merely point the finger at each other for blame but will never lift one to help you. Would you like to pick up around LAX? Nope! You better be ready to take A $60 cab to make it to one of their drop zones. Would you like to drop your car off half an hour early? NAAAHH. They'll have to take another $280 out of your account for you to do so. Are you confused as to where your driver and car are? Welp you're gonna be even more confused because they will stop contact with no warning, leave you on the side of the road with all your possessions and then make you pay ANOTHER $280 for a 'new' rental and make you wait an additional hour. I texted their awful support line and told them this wasn't acceptable and they just flat out stopped responded. I GOT CRICKETS! Not only did they take $1027 out of my account over the course of three days but responded to my emails with cookie cutter copy pasta that usually had no relevance to my complaints. Don't call the number by the way because it's DISCONNECTED! Haha. Insane bad service. Super surprised by how bad it was. I am not exaggerating.
