MY SKINS ARE WHITE – New COOL BOY SKINS FREE For Minecraft PE & PC Review

When I was going to download a skin I got into minecraft to put it on but... then the skin turn fully white! I thought it was a lag but no that is what the skin is.. so can u plz fix this!
