A no-win situation? – Harness Hero Review

For most of the scenarios presented, it is possible to keep your worker safe in the demonstrated fall. But there have been a couple of times where I have been presented with a no-win scenario. For instance, I am given these three tie-off points, with no option to reject them all: -duct, -sprinkler pipe, -open-ended I-beam. This may create a teachable moment for someone less knowledgeable in falls, but for someone who knows better - it's simply frustrating and un-fixable.
