Help – Chaatz - Free messenger to Express and Impress! Review

It won't let me get past the sign up area. I have an IPhone but it says it's compatible with an iPhone. I typed in my phone number correctly, but it said "please try again" I kept trying then eventually I used a different phone number and it still didn't work. It said the same thing. Did it somehow discontinue and it's a glitch that it's still on the App Store? Please help? 2017
