Huge flaw and some annoyances – After the End: Forsaken Destiny Review

I will be requesting a refund because after investing many hours of gameplay, and completing 4 episodes of what I consider a challenging (although fun) game, ALL my game progress was lost. I checked the settings (after sitting through a 5 minute cut scene just to access the settings menu) to make sure something wasn't off, but everything was as it should be. After contacting support hoping to get some solution or advice to prevent it from happening again, I was told my 'issue would be passed along to the game team'. Well, that IMO is five bucks wasted and another deleted app from my phone.
