Great game, company not so much – Fitz: Match 3 Puzzle Game Review

Here I am two years later. I still play. I did finally RECENTLY move from level 21 and am again stuck on level 27. I also noticed that the "opponents" have a SHUFFLE option. Why don't I? I, like others here, paid for the enhanced version and got stuck on level. 27 for months. Then I had to install an update on my iPad and lost my game data. I contacted Absolutist to see about getting the data back, and not paying again for the game but no response. I paid again and am now stuck on level 21! Not fair to be so unresponsive to their customers' issues!
