Good idea, horribly executed – OrderUp - Food Delivery Review

The customer service is terrible. Sometimes the food won't come for an hour and a half or more and when it gets to you it is ice cold. If you contact order up they take no responsibility and are rude about you calling them at all. The restaurant will tell you it's OrderUps fault.
