The concept is good but too glitchy – Ello Review

After IG changed from chronological to algorithmic and started "shadow banning" my posts my engagement significantly dropped so I was really excited when I heard about Ello. The concept is really great but it's way too glitchy and not very user friendly. When I try to search for a user who I want to follow and already know the username of they don't show up. There are some good things. You can post a photo(s) of a product and directly insert a link in your post and there is a little dollar sign at the top right corner that indicates it's a product. This app could be REALLY great for small businesses who don't want to pay to promote on Instagram but it needs some major and minor changes. I have heard the android version is even more glitchy than the iOS version. Make it more intuitive and smoosh the bugs and I think it could be a real winner!
