App does absolutely nothing, – KarmaChat: Anonymous chat-rooms to meet strangers Review

I just installed this app on my iPhone 7, they make you purchase credits upfront, so you give them $1.99, and then the chat rooms are available. I wrote to technical support three times, but they never answer the messages. I wrote them in both English and Russian, because this is a Russian-based product, obviously it is not ready for production
