Lost Item – Indego Bike Share Review

I've been using this service for about a year now, easily accessible with three docks within two to three blocks of my home. I misplaced my keys, they were left in a docked bike. Instead of the user calling the company they hand them off to some law enforcement in University City. I'm writing this review to be very clear, if you find an item on a bike please call the company. Do not hand over someone's property to a stranger they be local authorities or not. Everything is digital so it's easy for the company to trace everything and they can find who's item it is. Very inconsiderate, I lost my keys just think if you lost your keys?! Use better judgement Philadelphia is a major metropolitan area the keys could have been anyone's. The customer service just blew me off after while. Like we found the person, he handed off your keys so oh well.
