Needs improvement – Learn to Draw Chibi Review

The drawing guides are good, if you want to draw on paper. But this is supposed to be designed to draw on your device, so I'm not going to give this a great rating. This app needs Zoom. And alpha layers (transparency) would be nice. Additionally, an in-app tutorial about the tools, and how to use them to render better drawings.
