Terrible – Waterlogue Review

Don't waste your money. A joke it's just some filters and they are really poor quality. I paint with water colors - if these are suppose to be water color renditions - then the artist must be a child with little talent. I just thru $4 out / deleted the app worthless. Their are other free editing apps that give you much greater quality
