Good, but needs something! – Ships of Battle: The Pacific Review

This is a good game, but one more most important feature is missing, the ability to transfer all purchases and upgrades to new device with the same account. I downloaded this game on my iPhone and fully upgraded one of my ships, but when I downloaded this game on my iPad, all of my upgrades are gone! Why is that?!
