Payed for but didn't load. – Pickleball Fun Review

I recently added the Pickleball Fun stickers to my IPhone. Just received the receipt to prove it, but it never loaded. My phone has the 10.3 updates so it should've been compatible. Just a heads up. The new directions was very beneficial once I found it. Now hoping there is even more stickers to come in the future!!
