Misleading App! $2.99 to play any content – Transformers Rescue Bots: Dash Review

iTunes Store says free to download with IAP but after downloading you are required to buy one character for $2.99 to even enter the first level. This is not a try-before-you-buy game or freemium. Very misleading.
