Anyone's Guess – Laugh & Learn™ Where's Puppy Review

I have never reviewed an app, but this one is just that bad. It's anyone's guess to whether it will launch and get past the loading screen. I opened the app 15 times and it only got past the loading screen once. I have no idea what this app is actually supposed to do. The functionality is just that bad. Do you tap on things? Do you just sit there while it asks you where puppy is? It's the same story on my iPhone and my iPad.
