Total disaster – Glovo: Food Delivery and more Review

I waited two hours for an order, unable to get in touch with the courier. I called the restaurant, who told me that my food had been ready for well over an hour and that they were going to close. When I called the Glovo support number, while they were very friendly, they told me that they couldn't fill the order because the courier had apparently turned off his phone and just given up. I raced to the restaurant at midnight to pick up the food because I'm a regular there and was incredibly embarrassed by the trouble caused to them. What sort of a delivery app gives you no estimate of when the delivery will arrive, and doesn't offer contact options in-app other than calling the delivery guy? The only other option is sending an email. First time and last time I'm trying this.
