Cheated! – Baby Shark ABC Phonics Review

Went to purchase for advertised $8.99, was charged 12.99. I thought okay no worries, but then AFTER my purchase went through the app did not unlock any of the letters!!!! I've tried everything and this app is just won't work and after paying $12.99 won't unlock any further letters! Hoping for a refund after I contact Apple!!!! Not happy!
