Good looking app but fails to send – Postcards – Your photo sent as a glossy postcard! Review

I completed postcard everything's the way I wanted it... great. I goto pay and payment failed twice. I'm thinking scam app. Taking my info and nothing happens. I'm monitoring my account for possible scam. So I went to different app for postcard and everything worked great postcard sent. Beware of this app. ?
