Just what I was looking for... until now – mSecure Password Manager Review

Update 4/25/17: mSeven used to be the "good guys." They put out a no-nonsense tool with the right feature set for a reasonable, fixed price. Users had a choice of backup options. Sync just worked over Wifi. No need for subscriptions, cloud servers, user accounts or other unwanted baggage. I said in my review below that I hoped mSeven never "sold out." Well, it took a long time, but sadly that time has arrived. With the new version, you'll have to create an account with them and upload all of your passwords to their server in order to sync across your devices. It appears the flexible backup options are also being removed or severely restricted. All while being charged again for the privilege. There is now nothing separating mSecure from the other tools in this space. Bummer. Let's hope another company with integrity moves in to fill the void left by this "upgrade". I was able to import 200+ passwords from another program that I used on my Palm device in a just a few minutes with no hassle - and no additional cost. Using another vendor's solution would have cost me $30. Many of my accounts require me to change my password periodically, so I am thankful for the password generator function. Passwords sync across all your devices seamlessly. There are flexible options for doing backup and restore, one of which is a free desktop app. It could not be any simpler. Great product at a fair price. No annual "subscription" fee nonsense. I hope these guys don't sell out.
