Better than MyFitnessPal – Olumia Life Review

A friend recommended I try out this Olumia app because it helps you track food without needing to count the calories. I have been counting calories using MyFitnesspal and I AM SO TIRED OF IT. I really like how it’s set up because it’s a lot of my doctor has been telling me to eat: focus on ratios instead of calories. By focusing on ratios of protein on my plate to carbs I end up eating less over time and remain less hungry throughout the day - which has led to me losing about 8 lbs in 4 weeks. Wow! I have never felt this energized.
