Useless App with Dysfunctional Red Bus Tracking! – Roosevelt Island New York USA where is the Bus Review

On 4-22-2017, I purchased, downloaded and installed this app (version 1.0 issued 12-2016) on iPhone 7+ with iOS 10.3.1 to track either the "Red Bus" or "Red Bus Express" which both run on Roosevelt Island in New York City. Although VIDUR, the app developer, represents that this app is supposed to LOCATE and TRACK these Red Buses as they move stop-to-stop daily, the app NEVER accomplished this, and repeatedly FAILED COMPLETELY, although I personally followed these buses around Roosevelt Island daily for some time to test the app. Although the app does locate and list local banks and amenities near the Roosevelt Island Red Buses, all Red Bus location/tracking functionality is missing, so the app is dysfunctional and useless, perhaps fake, so beware and do not buy this! I am contacting Apple to refund $1.99 which I paid, and I recommend that Apple remove the application from the Apple App Store and investigate their other apps.
