Who needs a pesky reminder alert?? – Scan & Organize - Multi Page Document PDF Scanner Review

Overall the product "seems" ok, I also just upgraded because I hate nag ads and a limited product. Terrible experience first off, second off, I take two scans, each time through a confusing set of menus with no words, then "you need to rate us.... we won't stop bothering you until you do!!!" That turns an otherwise top 5 review, written after I've had a chance to really learn and use it, I have to give it a 3 because they violated the first rule of Customer Service-don't piss off the customer.
