App has no sound – Wee Sing & Learn 123 - Preschool Counting and Number Learning Activity Book & Songs Review

This app does not have any sound! It is supposed to have songs and music, but it is completely silent. I have downloaded it and deleted it and re-downloaded it and it still does not work. I tried to contact the app support through the link, but it does not work either! Please help.
