Not happy with this app! – Human API Review

I have to use this app to track my steps for my workplace wellness program. Every time I log in, it takes three attempts to even get in the app. It will say able to log in but can't sync data. It is not pulling my steps from apple health and there is no help option in the app or way to contact human API.
