Not quite ready – DUM Data usage manager-Track network data usage,Monitor mobile data plan manager Review

I installed this today on my iPad then used my iPad tethered to my cell phone. I just looked at the data usage. I've used negative 23% of my data so I have a 12.34 GB left out of my 10 GB plan. There is something amiss in the programming here. It didn't work well to follow my data usage but it did bring me a chuckle. I look forward to using the app when the bugs are worked out.
