Won't live without it – EmFit Review

I subscribed to the EMFIT app as soon as it was released. I always have my personal trainer, Emily with me wherever I am. Workouts and recipes are at my fingertips while I'm traveling or at home with my family. I love using the app during the EMFIT CHALLENGES. I can view videos and log points wherever I am in the world because I always have my phone on me (who doesn't?). Everything EMFIT is in one place. The newsfeed is filled with recipes, workouts, nerd talk, and sometimes just a little update about Emily and what she's been up to. I would not and could not be as successful without this app. Download and subscribe, you won't regret it :)
