Modern Classic, Great App – Puerto Rico HD Review

Puerto Rico stands near the top of the heap as far as modern board games go. It's easy to learn, has many pathways to victory, and has a fun theme. This app has been around a few years and is a solid adaptation of the game. This may not sound impressive, but many board game adaptations are pretty weak and many are buggy. The AI works well enough, though at this point I can beat it pretty regularly. The online component is solid but I don't find many people looking for games these days. I was heartened to see the recent update to a 64 bit app which shows the developer hasn't abandoned the app (something that has happened with a few of my other favorites. TLDR: just buy it, you won't regret it
