Crappy way to force upgrade / buy new hardware – Philips In.Sight M100/B120 Review

I feel Philips dropped the ball on customer focus. Buying new upgraded hardware to allow access remote! That was only reason I bought that hardware M100. Now they want 24.99 a month to work. Or go buy more.... really bad customer service. Forklift upgrade for selling new hardware. Let's go find another competitor. The cost of philips upgrading and pull again is likely, as this example proves. Your customer service people take a beating.
