Glitches out even on the newest ios – Skylanders Trap Team™ Review

I have an ipad air and, the app keeps glitching out like crazy whenever im about to beat a boss or after i beat a boss. Cut scenes dont have sound either. The bundle i got caust a ton of money and I can't even open the app.
