A problem that NEEDS to be fixed

I just downloaded this today and it wasn't working properly. Audio wasn't playing, the game would crash during the gulper fight. I'm using iPad mini 2 and my iOS version is 9. I have enough space to download the app, I suggest you update the app so people can play it in the future.

We finally gave in and got our son this game for Christmas. And we have a very disappointed boy. The game crashes every time he plays it, and there are parts of the game in which the audio is mysteriously absent. Extremely disappointed.

How am I supposed to play
The game is good but it always crashes at the Gulper cutscene and then it won't even play noise at any of the cutscenes. Please fix this it is incredibly annoying or maybe this review will fix it, you'll never know what is in a developer's head
Unplayable - Avoid!

I finally gave in to my son's pleas for a Skylanders game and got him the tablet starter pack for Christmas. I thought I did my due diligence and checked compatability online, and even ran a demo of the game. I'm running the latest hardware and software (iPad Air 2 with plenty of memory, latest iOS version, etc), so thought we'd be able to play it, no problem. Boy, was I wrong. As every other recent review notes, the sound cuts out and then the game crashes before even reaching the main boss on the first level. Looking at the version history, this app hasn't been updated in over a year, and looking at the reviews, everyone with iOS 9 is having this problem. Yet there's no mention of this on Activision's support page, and this game still is proudly wearing the "Editor's Choice" badge. And Activision has even commented that the vast majority of tablet users play on iOS, which is why they made the latest game (Superchargers) exclusive to the platform. And even that game is glitchy, looking at the reviews. Thankfully, the controller on our starter pack broke and I was able to get a full refund, but my son still wants to play the game. I'm not willing to pay four hundred dollars for a console, so what am I supposed to do? I was forced to teach him about the term "corporate greed". Ugh! Merry Christmas to you, too, Activision.

Purchased Skylanders Trap Team for tablet yesterday for my little girl. The game crashes at the end of the first level, and has no audio during cut scenes. Reading some of these posts, it seems like this has been going on for many months with no reaction from Activision. Maybe they're busy working on the next money grab to pay attention to paying customers that purchased a game system that doesn't even work. I had checked the App review before buying this... If only I sorted by Most Recent so I could see nothing but 1 Star ratings for the last few months, I could have saved myself some money.

Game keeps crashing. Needs update. Bad enough no sound through story mode and talking parts. Portal burns through AAA batteries fast. I have iPad Air and tried to re-download game. Still crashes all the time.

No audio except for the opening and menus aside from the occasional grunting and I can't play past the first level without it crashing.
