Lack of customer support. – Big Spin Bingo - Bingo Fun Review

The games are great. The lack of customer service is a horrible practice though. Their is no communication in answering questions and compensating for coins missing. Without a good customer service team a game is nothing. Do not do TAPJOY promos! They do not give you the credits you earn and customer service on the game does nothing to help with it either!! Save yourself the headache.
