I dropped Big Spin years ago due to waaaaaaaay too many problems, one of which I’m writing to you about, and experienced before. Just a little while ago, my time about 10:20 pm, I got 2 bingos off of 3 cards. Expecting my prize I got a big fat “NO BINGOS”! WHY?! They’re hard enough to get without having them disappear before getting my prize!!! I’m pretty much an ANGRY old lady to begin with and THIS kind of stuff makes me even angrier! I WANT MY WINS for the 2 bingos I got!! A S A P!!! AR

Continuous shortage on winnings. Unable to win the last collectible piece. I have at least 8 stalled out on at 1 collection piece to earn the prize. What a lousy game. Use to be fun but the blatant cheating on their part leaves the player with frustration. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR CREDIT BACK WHAT IS STOLEN! Don’t play!

For some reason this game won’t open for me today: the little “thinking” circle just keeps going round and round, never opens the game, so I can’t get my daily bonus or play the game.

This is just away to make money to play a game sorry u get a zero, and when I first downloaded this game you give few coins to play so delete time I don’t pay for nothing for games I ever download I just delete and go to another.
