Essential app for real estate professionals – myFirstAm Review

This map-centric app fills many essential functions. First, It connects you to property data of all sorts including ownership information. It is so useful in the field to be able to research property while you are looking at it. Second, the main interface already has property lines overlaid on aerial maps and a locator function that can show you and your clients where you are relative to the property lines on big parcels. I am not aware of any other property line apps. Period. Those features alone are each worthy of praise and would be valuable as stand-alone apps That doesn't speak to either the excellent "farming" tools that let you build a neighborhood list or the ability to track open orders and other title functions. This is at the top of my list for real estate apps for professionals.
