I am hoping it wasn't the developer, and not being one to be behind the fashion, I thought if one person liked it this much, though lacking the obligatory potty noises or flashlight and compass, bottle cap opener -- even from the developer -- it has to be good!

I think this is missing some details. I have used some other programs on my computer from Fidelity and Chicago Title that are a lot better and accurate for my closings.
