Love – Pacer 5K: run faster races Review

I just finished the 5k app and was so sad when it was over. Then I found this and today I completed the first one. I LOVE this app with the intervals! I am 51 and never dreamed I could do a 5k nor ever complete one. It goes to show you it's never too late.
