Cannot unlock different pets – Sunnyville Pet Salon Review

I was actually willing to unlock and pay for the pets and grooming products. I paid for all, and they won't unlock. I tired paying separately, and got charged twice. The grooming products won't unlock at all. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. It's really frustrating when you have a children's app that doesn't work!!!
