Help ! – Sunnyville Pet Salon Review

So my kids love this app but recently my son deleted it off one of the iPads and I tried to upload it again but it's charging me 15$ again to buy all the add ons!!! How do I get it back ??? Please someone help me or how do I contact iTunes ?
