No way to correct mistakes… – Carcapp - Carcassonne Scoreboard Review

There's no way to "subtract" to fix a mistake. It's a fatal flaw. If you miscount a player score even once, you have to delete the entire game from the app and recount all your moves. Sorry to the developer, but app is unusable. ☹️
