Just a PDF viewer, really. – Popular Mechanics Magazine US Review

It's not like you can tap an article and it expands to a readable size and format, or that you can touch the table of contents and jump to an article. It's just a non interactive, non scaled for smart phone, page by page scan of the full blown paper format magazine. And it's unmanageable and horrid, requiring zooming and swiping and losing your place in the middle of the document, etc, therefore making great substance impossible to read.
